Our agents were selected to go on an exclusive tour of Delta’s A350 plane so that we could share our tips, photos, videos, and suggestions with valued clients like you!

Delta A350 Overview

  • Brand new planes
  • Currently have 11 planes but will be getting a total of 25
  • These planes are 30% lighter as they are made of carbon fiber
  • Every section is upgraded, even main cabin includes upgraded materials
  • 306 seats total: 32 Delta One, 28 Delta Premium Select, and 226 Main Cabin
  • 11-12 flight attendants based on occupancy

DELTA ONE SUITES ($$$)

These suits were very comfortable and spacious. The doors were great for privacy and there were cubbies inside the armrest to put your purse or other small items.

  • Full height door for privacy
  • Personal items storage under armrest area
  • Large screens for watching in-flight entertainment
  • Flat-bed seats
  • Espresso service

PREMIUM SELECT ($$)

The Premiuim Select seats were really lots and had lots of space, even when the seat in front of me was fully reclined. Very nice footrests, headrests, and the recline of the seat was great. Our guide referred to these seats as the “old first class” amenities such as meal and drink services.

  • More personal space
  • Upgraded amenity kit including pillows, blankets, LSTN noise-canceling headsets & TUMI amenity kits
  • Pre-departure beverage service
  • Plated meals with Alessi service ware

MAIN CABIN ($)

Even the main cabin seats were very nice. The headrests can side up and down to accommodate height and adjust for head support.

  • Memory foam cushions
  • HD screens
  • In-seat power ports
  • Adjustable headrest
  • Menu card
  • Comfort kits including a full size water bottle and sleep kit

After the aircraft tour, we were taken down to the control room to see all of the behind the scenes operations. They have people monitoring Twitter so if any customers tweet with an issue, they will have someone in front of that person within 5 minutes to help resolve their issue. We saw how all aspects are managed including weather, baggage, delays, rescheduling, and more! Finally, we went into the air traffic control tower and got to watch the plane we had just toured take off to Tokyo!
